When you’re in you’re young and without a family, it doesn’t normally make sense to bake full pies or cakes unless you have a lot of friends to share it with (or, unless you’re on a major sugar binge, which, let’s face it, happens to all of us).

This Personal Pie Maker ($25) enables you to create 4 mini pies in 12 minutes or less. No oven needed. I can think of a lot of other cool uses for this - mini lasagnas, mini pizzas… the list goes on. You can also use it to try out different types of pie filling before you bake a whole one. I also love the fact that it engraves the pie edges for you. Ah, simplicity…I love you.
